Well the 2nd chemo wiped me out. With all of my pre-existing conditions, I was sick for 9 days. My sugar levels were out of control. Called the doctor to find out that the steroid for my stomach was creating the problem. I was told to go on insulin during the treatments but said no way. I'm going through enough and adding that to the mix was out of the question. The doctor did prescribe another med so I started taking that. The Oncologist also reviewed the problems with me and she offered other options as well. So, I'm hoping to get through this treatment better than the last two. Oh by the way, my hair is amost gone, I hate chemo!
Everyone has been very supportive and lots of people are reading my blog these days =)
